How ARStack Works

We build the foundation. You take the keys.

1. Discover It

You tell us what’s broken, bloated, or confusing in your current setup. We figure out if ARStack is the right fit. No pressure — just clarity.

2. Blueprint It & Quote It

We map out your stack — mail, Entra, compliance, whatever applies. You get a flat-rate quote. Want to leave something out? No problem. It’s your build.

(Except HIPAA. If you want HIPAA, we won’t let you skip the important stuff.)

3. Build It

This is the cutover. We configure, secure, and document your stack — usually in under a week. All killer, no filler.

4. Hand It Off

You get full admin access, documentation, and optional training. You own the stack now. We don’t do monthly leashes.

5. Check Up on It

Need help later? A compliance check, policy refresh, or tweak? Cool — we’re here when you want help, not on a timer.

⏱️ How Long Does It Take?

We plan for 2 weeks per project — enough time to do it right, document everything, and leave no loose ends.

In most cases, we:

We quote for 2 weeks because life happens — DNS delays, forgotten logins, that one weird device nobody told us about. Planning for space means we don’t cut corners. And if we beat the timeline? Great.

👤 About the Founder

Hey — I’m Patrick Woodward. I used to run restaurant kitchens. Now I run cloud infrastructure.

After 13 years as a chef, I made the switch to IT and never looked back. These days, I help small businesses escape MSP dependency and tangled Google setups by building clean, secure Microsoft 365 environments that just work — and belong 100% to you.

I’ve got 4 kids under 8, a deep love of automation, and zero patience for bloated tech stacks. Life is complicated enough. Your IT shouldn’t be.

✅ Credentials That Actually Mean Something

I specialize in secure migrations, HIPAA-ready compliance setups, and making sure your IT foundation is strong enough to scale — but simple enough to manage without a full-time tech team.

💡 Why I Built ARStack

I didn’t want to start a business just to sell stuff. I wanted to build something I could feel good about — something rooted in transparency, real work, and making IT feel less frustrating, not more.

ARStack exists because I saw too many small teams getting burned by bloated retainers, mystery techs, or solutions that just added more complexity. This business is my answer: fixed-price projects, fully documented hand-offs, no lock-in, and no shady upsells. Just clean, honest work — done fast.
