All pricing is per 50-user blocks. Have 25 users or fewer? Reach out for a customized quote.

Note: ARStack is best suited for environments up to ~150 users. Larger or high-complexity orgs may require a traditional MSP or internal IT support team.

📦 Core Migration

What it includes: Mailbox migration from legacy IMAP systems, Google Workspace, or on-prem Exchange to Microsoft 365. Fully cutover-based — no hybrid complexity. Includes DNS record updates and basic SPF/DKIM hardening.

  • Up to 25 users: Custom Quote
  • 26–50 users: $50/user
  • 51+ users: $45/user

Basic user prep and cleanup included. Large exports, PST handling, or complex mail routing may increase cost.

🔐 Foundational Stack

What it includes: Secure-by-default configuration for your core Microsoft cloud environment. These are the baselines every org should start with.

  • Entra ID baseline setup – $1,500: Configures users, groups, security defaults, and Conditional Access to keep unmanaged devices out.
  • Intune & Defender baselines – $1,500: Device compliance rules, Defender AV policies, ASR toggles, onboarding with documentation you keep. Requires Entra ID module.
  • PURVIEW (HIPAA) setup – $1,750: Audit log retention automation, mailbox retention policies, eDiscovery basics, and mailbox auditing — pre-wired for compliance checks. Requires mailboxes to be migrated.

🛠️ Add-On Modules

What it includes: Optional components for growing environments or deeper control.

  • SharePoint & OneDrive mapping – $1,500: Folder structure design, group permissions, shared libraries, and migration of existing docs.
  • GPO to Intune conversion – $1,000: Migrate up to 3 core Group Policy settings into Intune equivalents with documentation. Requires Intune module.
  • Staff training & SOPs – $1,750: Branded documentation for onboarding/offboarding, account security, and "how stuff works" in plain English.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding automation – $1,000: PowerShell script + logging for clean user removal and asset lockout when someone leaves. Requires Entra ID & Intune modules.

🔄 Optional Services

What it includes: Short-term follow-up or extra deployment flexibility.

  • Compliance check-in – $500: Quick audit of policies and suggestions 3 months post-deployment.
  • Custom Intune app deployment – $200–$300/app: Packaging and pushing company apps to enrolled devices, including VPNs, browsers, and line-of-business tools. Requires Intune module.

🚀 Full Modernization Bundle

What it includes: Entra ID, Intune, Purview, SharePoint, Training, and Offboarding Automation.

These modules together form the full ARStack deployment — a secure, HIPAA-ready Microsoft 365 environment designed for clean handoff and long-term success.

Pricing is modular — but if you want the whole thing, we’ll give you a fair bundled quote.

Mailbox migration (Core Migration) is always priced separately based on user count.
